Dear Fellow Colleagues, Stakeholders and Guardians of ANDORRA,
We are coming to the end of the extraordinary year. The Pandemic situation continues giving huge challenges globally and locally. Recently, we were hit with a more challenging situation with the flash flood. Despite all those challenges and difficulties, all of us have done our best in ensuring we continually strive for better.
The year 2021 showed me how fortunate I am to work with a team that refuses to give anything less than 110%. Even in the darkest days of the pandemic, the ANDORRA team rallied beside each other for the safety and satisfaction of our patients.
Alhamdulillah, despite all challenges, we are able to consistently perform and improve our revenue growth. Our promotional ads and social media posts have contributed a lot towards improving and increasing our goggle review ratings tremendously. ANDORRA play an important role in showing positivity to the community especially during a pandemic. Our contents are mostly skewed towards the beauty of healthcare from the ambience, facilities and services available in our hospital. Even during the pandemic, being in ANDORRA, you feel like it’s a holiday with a family. We focus on our patients and guest satisfaction and never lost focus on the community responsibilities. Despite the year 2021's challenges, we Guardians of ANDORRA remained strong and resilient.
For the year 2022, we will be focusing on organisation growth. Hospital and services expansion is the priority for ANDORRA. We are targeting to achieve better results compared with previous years achievements. We have also prepared HPC Framework Roadmap for ANDORRA which objective to instil and inculcate PEARL values in all guardians of ANDORRA, Insha’Allah.
I’d also like to thank all our patients and guests for their continuous supports. Thank you to all stakeholders for believing in our services. You are the reason we show up every day. You are the reason we do what we do. You inspire us, encourage us and give us purpose. Thank you for your faith in us as we walk these uncertain paths as partners together.
Let’s charge forward this year with the hope of better days to come. Let’s also not lose sight of the many, many blessings we’ve been given. Keep the faith and hold tight to that bold and unshakable resilience. That’s how we’ll create a better future.
