Terms & Conditions
Registration & Attendance
- All fees are fixed and non-refundable, except under valid circumstances such as early labour or medical unfitness.
- Participants may request rescheduling with valid reasons and supporting documents (medical or emergencies).
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability (confirmation up to 3 days before workshop).
- Rescheduled bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the original participant.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or email.
- Official refund form must be completed for processing.
- Requests without form submission will not be processed.
- Review process takes 3–5 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
General Policy
- ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to reschedule, amend, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants will be offered alternative session transfers if changes occur.
