1. Registration Process & Confirmation

Registration is only confirmed upon full payment. Please ensure your email and WhatsApp number are correct.
A confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days after payment is received.

2. Payment, Early Bird Slots, Cancellations & Replacements

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Early bird pricing applies to the first 10 participants who complete payment.
Workshop fees are non-refundable. However, you may:
- Transfer your slot to another GP by submitting a written notice (via email) at least 5 days before the workshop.
- Defer your participation to the next GP Workshop with a valid reason and sufficient advance notice.
No replacements, deferments, or changes are allowed within 72 hours before the event.

3. Attendance & CPD Points

Full-day attendance is required to receive the Certificate of Participation and 8 CPD Points.
Please provide your MMC number during registration to ensure CPD point eligibility.

4. Workshop Conduct

Participants must follow instructions given during the hands-on sessions.
Professional attire and respectful conduct are expected throughout the workshop.

5. Media Consent

The event may be photographed or recorded for internal documentation and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant us permission to use your image unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

6. Organizer Rights

ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to change the workshop content, speakers, or schedule.
