Delivery Package Booking
The Delivery Package booking amount is RM5,298 which include:
- Delivery Package
- One Baby Package
Please note that RM5,298 is the booking amount and not the final hospital bill.
Your final hospital charges may vary depending on your delivery method, room selection, medications, procedures and any additional medical services required during your admission. Any excess booking payment will be refunded, while any additional charges (if applicable) will be payable upon discharge.

Terms & Conditions
1.Delivery Package Booking:
- The Delivery Package booking amount is RM5,298, comprising Single Bed Room Normal Delivery Package (RM4,599) and One Baby Package (from RM699).
- The booking amount of RM5,298 is not the final hospital bill. The final discharge bill may vary depending on the mode of delivery, room category, medications, additional procedures and/or other services required during admission and delivery.
- If the total booking payment exceeds the final hospital bill, the excess amount will be refunded. If the final hospital bill exceeds the booking amount, the outstanding balance must be settled upon discharge.
- This booking is applicable to all delivery methods and room categories. The stated booking amount is referenced based on the Single Bed Room Normal Delivery Package. Room selection during admission is flexible and subject to availability.
- The booking amount does not include the cost of epidural analgesia, labour induction, additional procedures performed during delivery, or take-home medications upon discharge.
2. Room & Ward Availability
- Room and bed allocation is subject to current ward availability.
- VIP and Single Bed Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Existing Bookings, Refunds & Final Bill
Existing Bookings
- Customers who have previously made a Delivery Package booking may still participate in this campaign by making a new booking of RM5,298.
- Top-ups to qualify for this campaign are strictly not permitted.
Previous Payments
- Any previous booking payments made prior to this campaign will be taken into account when calculating the final hospital bill.
- If the combined amount of the new booking and previous payments exceeds the final hospital bill, the excess amount will be refunded.
Final Bill Adjustments
- The final hospital bill is determined based on the actual delivery method, room utilised and medical services rendered during admission.
- If the final hospital bill exceeds the booking amount (or the combined booking payments), the remaining balance must be settled upon discharge.
4. Transferability & Refund Policy
- This Delivery Package booking is transferable but non-refundable.
- Any request to transfer the booking must be submitted in writing via email to marketing@andorracare.com. The transfer is only valid upon receiving written approval from ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as miscarriage, emergency delivery at another healthcare facility or other exceptional situations), refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Management’s approval.
5. Redemption Period
- The Delivery Package booking of RM5,298 is valid for deliveries within one (1) year from 25 July 2026.
- The following complimentary items will be redeemed upon discharge after delivery:
- Complimentary Joie Gemm Infant Carrier (Worth RM399)
- RM50 OFF Antenatal Check-Up Voucher
6. General Terms
- The standard Terms & Conditions for ANDORRA Delivery Packages remain applicable.
- ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
