General

1. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the participation fee.
2. Each ticket admits one (1) expecting couple (2 adults) only.
3. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Andorra Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue, gifts or event schedule without prior notice where necessary.

Participant Entitlements

Every registered participant is entitled to receive:

• Admission to Andorra Mega Parentcraft 101.
• One (1) Exclusive Event Goodies Bag per registered couple.
• Access to all educational talks, workshops and exhibition booths.
• Eligibility to participate in the event lucky draw (subject to the terms below).

Lucky Draw Terms

1. Every registered participant who attends the event is automatically entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry.
2. Participants must be physically present during the lucky draw announcement to claim their prize.
3. Winners who are absent when their name is called may forfeit the prize, and a redraw may be conducted.
4. Lucky draw prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Andorra reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or higher value without prior notice.

Delivery Package Booking Reward

Participants who book and confirm an eligible Andorra Delivery Package during the promotional period will receive:

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for delivery package bookings made from 25 July 2026 (Saturday) until 28 July 2026 (Tuesday) only.
2. Applicable to selected eligible Andorra Delivery Packages only.
3. Participants must complete the booking registration and make the required booking payment within the promotional period to qualify.
4. Limited to one (1) complimentary Joie Gemm Baby Carrier per confirmed delivery package booking.
5. Complimentary gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
6. The complimentary gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Redemption of the complimentary gift are available during the delivery discharge.
8. In the event the delivery package booking is cancelled or refunded, Andorra Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to cancel the complimentary gift reserved.

Delivery Package Terms

1. The promotional package price of RM5,298 is applicable for the Single-Bedded Normal Delivery Package only, comprising:
   
   • Mother’s Package: RM4,599
   • Baby’s Package: RM699
2. The package price covers only the items and services specifically stated in the package inclusions.
3. Additional charges will apply for services not included in the package, including but not limited to:
   
   • Pain Management (Epidural & / or spinal)
   • Assisted or instrumental delivery procedures
   • Emergency procedures
   • After-office hours surcharge
   • Public Holiday surcharge
   • Take home medications, additional investigations, consumables or treatments
   • Any other services not specifically listed in the package inclusions.
4. Admission to a Single-Bedded Room is subject to room availability on the day of admission and cannot be guaranteed.
5. If the selected room category is unavailable upon admission, the hospital may arrange accommodation in an alternative room category:
   
   • If the patient chooses to upgrade to a higher room category (e.g. VIP Room), the applicable room rate difference shall be payable by the patient.
   • If the patient is accommodated in a lower room category (e.g. Two-Bedded or Four-Bedded Room), any refundable balance will be processed within 14 to 30 working days, subject to the hospital’s refund process.
6. Should the final hospital bill for both mother and baby exceed the amount paid during booking, the outstanding balance must be settled in full prior to hospital discharge.
7. If the patient subsequently elects or is medically required to undergo a Planned Caesarean Section, the patient shall be required to pay the full Caesarean Delivery Package amount upon admission, in accordance with the hospital’s admission and deposit policy. Any additional charges incurred that are not covered under the package shall remain payable by the patient.
8. All package bookings are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of Andorra Women & Children Hospital.

RM50 Antenatal Check-up Privilege Voucher

Participants of Andorra Mega Parentcraft will also receive an exclusive RM50 Antenatal Check-up Privilege Voucher.

Terms:

• Valid for one-time redemption only.
• Applicable for antenatal consultation visit with your selected O&G consultant only.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to the voucher validity period and terms stated on the voucher.

Event Gifts & Promotions

1. Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last.
2. Gifts, vouchers and promotional items are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
3. Andorra reserves the right to replace any complimentary item with another item of similar value should stocks become unavailable.

Photography & Videography

By participating in this event, participants consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by Andorra Women & Children Hospital without further compensation.

Personal Data

By registering for this event, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by Andorra Women & Children Hospital for:

• Event administration
• Marketing communications
• Future healthcare promotions
• Customer engagement activities

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Organiser’s Rights

Andorra Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to:

  • Make final decisions on all matters relating to this event, including promotions, lucky draw, gifts and rewards. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained
