1. Campaign Overview

• ANDORRA New Year Grand Savings is a limited-time online campaign conducted via LIVE streaming on TikTok & Facebook.
• Participants who purchase selected Delivery Package or Combo Baby Vaccination package during the LIVE session will be able to lock in the current package price, before any new package prices take effect.
• In addition, participants will enjoy FREE premium baby gifts, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis during the LIVE session.
• Rewards are limited and strictly allocated during the LIVE session only.

Delivery Package – Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Booking Price

• The promotional booking fee is RM5,298, comprises of delivery package (price retrieved from the Single Bed Room Delivery Package Normal Delivery RM4,599) PLUS one Baby Package (price starts at RM699). This is not the final bill during discharge. Final discharge bill may varies depending on if there is any additional procedures, medications, and/or other items that might be added during admission and delivery. Access payment from booking paid will be refund, while surplus payment from paid booking price need to be complete by patient during discharge. 
• Applicable for all delivery methods and ward room options. Proposed promotional price are for Single Bedded Normal Delivery, thus, room selections during admissions are flexible and subjected to availability.
• This fee does not include the cost of epidurals, labor inductions, any additional procedures required during delivery or take-home-medications during discharge.

2. Room & Ward Availability

• Room and bed assignments are subject to current ward availability.
• VIP/single-bed wards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.  Refunds & Excess Charges

• Existing Bookings:
  • If you have made prior bookings, you can still participate in this promo by placing a new booking order for RM5,298.
  • Top-ups to match the promo price are strictly not permitted.
• Inclusion of Previous Payments:
  • Any amount paid before this promo will be included and matched against your final bill.
  • If the total of promo booking plus previous plus your payments exceeds the final bill, the excess amount will be refunded.
• Final Bill Adjustments:
  • The final bill is determined by the mode of delivery chosen during the delivery process.
  • Refunds will be provided if the final bill is lower than ANDORRA New Year Grand Savings price of RM5,298 or the combined booking fees from earlier transactions.
  • If the final bill exceeds the price of RM5,298 (or the combined fees from previous bookings), you will be required to settle the additional charges upon discharge.

4. Transferability & Refundability

• The purchase of this delivery package is transferable to another individual but is strictly non-refundable.
• Transfer request shall be made by sending a written request via email to the marketing department of andorra at marketing@andorracare.com. You must receive a reply with a written permission form prior to the transfer process.
• Should you experience inevitably unforeseen circumstances (misscarriage/emergency delivery at another healthcare premise/etc) which require you to abort the booking, refund will be assisted accordingly based on case-to-case basis.

5. Redemption Period

• Bookings amounting to RM5,298 are eligible for deliveries within one year period from the date of Andorra Delivery Package Fiesta.
• Gift(s) are redeemable during your discharge of the baby delivery.

6. General Terms

• The standard Terms & Conditions for delivery packages apply. 
• ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

Combo Baby Vaccination Package – Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Package Eligibility

• The Combo Baby Vaccination Package includes basic and optional childhood vaccines, as outlined in the campaign.
• Vaccination schedules are subject to paediatrician assessment and the child’s medical condition.

2. Booking & Appointment

• Vaccination appointments must be scheduled in advance with ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital.
• Appointment dates are subject to clinic availability.

3. Vaccination Package Rewards

• Rewards are available ONLY for purchases made during the ANDORRA New Year Grand Savings campaign.
• Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Baby vaccination rewards can be redeemed during the first vaccination visit at the Customer Service counter after bill discharge.

4. Transferability & Refund Policy

• The Combo Baby Vaccination Package is non-refundable once purchased.
• The package is transferable, ONLY before the package utilisation of vaccination schedule starts. Once started, it is then no longer able to transfer. 
• Transfer request shall be made by sending a written request via email to the marketing department of andorra at marketing@andorracare.com. You must receive a reply with a written permission form prior to the transfer process. Approval for transfer requests are subjected to hospital verification and approval.
• Missed appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled vaccine.

• Rewards are non-exchangeable and non-transferable for cash.
