Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS): Skills for the Frontline GP 2026

Enhance your obstetric ultrasound skills and practical scanning confidence. Hosted by ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital, this full-day workshop for GPs and Medical Officers combines specialist lectures with hands-on practice guided by Fetomaternal Medicine Consultants and senior sonographers.

-1st Trimester: Dating, viability, NT assessment, twins, and common errors.

-2nd Trimester: Fetal parameters, basic structures, anomaly recognition, and referral criteria.

-3rd Trimester: Fetal growth, well-being, and late-term assessment.

-3D/4D Ultrasound: Practical applications in primary care.

-Hands-On Session: Supervised practical scanning with live patient models.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration & Payment: Full payment is required to secure your seat. Early Bird tickets are now SOLD OUT. Standard registration is available at RM400. Seats are strictly limited. You will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days of payment.
  2. Cancellations & Transfers: Fees are strictly non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another eligible doctor by written notice at least 5 working days before the event (no replacements accepted within 72 hours).
  3. CPD & Attendance: Earn 8 MMA CPD points upon full attendance and provision of a valid MMC number.
  4. Privacy & Conduct: Strictly follow trainer instructions. Photography or video recording of patient models is prohibited. Professional attire is required.
  5. Media Consent: Organiser may take photos/videos for promotional use. Notify event staff prior to or at registration if you wish to opt out.
  6. Changes & Cancellations: Organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or venue. Alternative arrangements will be communicated if postponed or canceled.
