By purchasing the Early Bird Registration, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Early Bird Eligibility & Payment: The RM350 Early Bird rate is strictly limited to the first 10 successful paid registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding the item to your cart does not reserve the rate; full payment must be completed.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Participant Replacement: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your slot to another eligible medical practitioner by giving written email notice at least five (5) working days prior to the event. Replacements will not be accepted within 72 hours of the workshop.

• CPD Points Requirements: Awarding of expected 8 CPD points is subject to MMA confirmation, full-day attendance, and submission of a valid MMC number during registration.

• Hands-On & Privacy: Participants must strictly follow trainer guidance and respect patient confidentiality. Unauthorised photography or video recording of patient models is strictly prohibited.

• Media Consent & Attire: Professional attire is required on hospital premises. Attendees consent to official photography/videography for event documentation unless prior written opt-out notice is given.

• Schedule Amendments: The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or arrangements where reasonably necessary.
