Registration & Payment: Full payment is required to secure a seat. The Standard Rate is RM400 per pax. Special weekend promo rates apply as follows: RM380 per pax for Group of 2, and RM370 per pax for Group of 3. Registration period: 3rd & 4th September Only. All group registrations must be completed and paid in a single submission to qualify. Confirmation emails will be sent within 7 working days.
Cancellations & Transfers: Fees are strictly non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another eligible doctor by written notice at least 5 working days before the event (no replacements accepted within 72 hours).
CPD & Attendance: Earn 8 MMA CPD points upon full attendance and provision of a valid MMC number.
Privacy & Conduct: Strictly follow trainer instructions. Photography or video recording of patient models is prohibited. Professional attire is required.
Media Consent: The Organiser may take photos/videos for promotional use. Notify event staff prior to or at registration if you wish to opt out.
Changes & Cancellations: The Organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, speakers, or venue. Alternative arrangements will be communicated if postponed or canceled.
