Terms & Conditions

1. Required Booking Deposit of RM5,298.00.
2. Booking deposit covers the Single Room Normal (SVD) Delivery Package (RM4,599) + Baby Package (RM699).
3. Valid for all delivery methods and room types. Patients may upgrade or downgrade room selection upon admission, subject to availability.
4. The RM5,298 deposit goes toward your overall costs, but is not a fixed final bill. Final charges depend on actual delivery method, room choice, procedures, and medications. Any overpayment will be refunded, and any remaining balance must be settled upon discharge.
5. Exclusively for Parentcraft class participants making new bookings with the full RM5,298 deposit between 19–22 September 2026. Existing package holders and previous campaign participants are ineligible.
6. Booking placed are transferable but non-refundable. Refund exceptions for emergency or unavoidable circumstances are subject to management approval and may incur a cancellation surcharge.
