Terms & Conditions – My Pearl Story by ANDORRA

Before you share your beautiful journey with us, please take a moment to read through the Terms & Conditions below. This will help ensure your submission is valid and eligible for selection. A total of RM35,000 worth of delivery packages will be given as appreciation rewards — along with exclusive gifts for all eligible participants.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to all past and current patients of ANDORRA Women & Children Hospital. Entries may feature any experience at ANDORRA (e.g. check-ups, delivery, pediatric visits, Emergency Department (ED) visits, inpatient experience, etc.).

2. Video Requirements

• Duration: 2 to 5 minutes
• Format: Portrait (vertical)
• Content must be original — submissions must be made by the owner of the story/video
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia or English (Other languages must include English subtitles)

3. Submission Process

• Post your video publicly on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Make sure your social media account is not set to private.
• Tag @andorrahospitalofficial and include the hashtag #MyPearlStoryANDORRA
• Complete the official Google Form, including your personal details and the link of your video.
• Submissions are open from 7 July 2025 (Monday) to 22 August 2025 (Thursday).
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. Confirmation

A participation confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days of form submission.

5. Judging Criteria

• Storytelling & Emotional Impact 40%
• Creativity & Originality 30%
• Relevance to ANDORRA 20%
• Public Engagement (likes/comments/shares) 10%

6. Announcement & Reward Collection

• Winners will be announced on ANDORRA’s official social media platforms
• A prize-giving ceremony will be held. Event details will be communicated via email to the selected winners.

7. Reward Terms

• Rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• However, rewards are transferrable to another individual, provided that prior written notice is given to ANDORRA and subject to approval.
